Abstract
To realize an effective implementation of 60-GHz based millimeter wave transceiver, beam steering scheme is proposed. The proposed beam steering scheme is established for multicast communication between millimeter-wave devices in 60 GHz wireless networks. Beamsteering is the key technique for the millimeter-wave multicast devices scattered in all directions. To analyze the impact of number of beams, the dynamic expression beam forming is derived. Our extensive simulation results show that the dynamic beam steering enable more efficient sectoring than fixed beam steering.
