Abstract :
We propose a method of high-temperature synthesis of nanoparticles in a flow reactor as replacement for popular "hot injection" synthesis of semiconductor nanocrystals in a glass flask. The main advantages are possibility of continuous nanoparticles production, great technique flexibility for different materials and lower cost of the final products in comparison with currently applied methods.
