Abstract
In this paper, general criteria of chaotic carbon dioxide molecule oscillations appearance are received by the methods of classical mechanics. Chaotic region (strange attractor) dimensions on the phase plane defined. Accurately determination of representation point location inability condition (an analogue of Heizenberg´s uncertainty principle) is obtained, it´s application explains the spectrum lines broadening.
