Abstract :
The oscillations of a rigid plate with a viscoelastic support are investigated. The motions of the plate in an unsteady airflow are described by the Volterra integrodifferential equations. The system contains resonance caused by the small external perturbation. The limit periodic oscillations are determined, i.e. the motions exponentially tending at the unlimited increase of time to periodic oscillations. The limit trajectory of these oscillations is found in the first approximation on the phase plane.
