Abstract
This paper describes application of the Surface Integral Equation - Method of Moment (SIE-MoM) approach to the analysis of scattering by different structures inside uniform waveguides and cavities. We show convergence characteristics of infinite double series related to different reaction integrals, i.e. the elements of the MoM matrix. We also demonstrate correctness and effectiveness of the implemented SIE-MoM approach by comparing the results of calculation provided by this approach with results obtained by means of commercially available software, which is based on the Finite Integration Technique (FIT).
