Abstract :
Our research demonstrates a system to match Joint Tactical Air Requests to close air support aircraft sections using genetic algorithms. We utilize basic weaponeering in our fitness function to maximize the value of enemy assets destroyed. We discuss the advantages of computer assisted air support processing compared to manual human processing, specifically for large quantities of requests and available aircraft.
