Preface of the 17th FRUCT Conference Proceeding

We welcome you to the 17th Conference of Open Innovations Association FRUCT. This is the first time in FRUCT history when we decided to organize conference in Central Russia ??? in the city of Yaroslavl, one of the oldest and most beautiful towns of Russia. All events of the conference are hosted in the main regional university ??? Yaroslavl State University, which is known for long history and strong scientific school, as well as long-time traditions of cooperation with universities all around the globe. The conference is organized by FRUCT Association in partnership and with financial support of EMC² Corporation. The conference has long positive history of pioneering and running long-term cross-border academic and business cooperation between Russia and Finland. Following FRUCT traditions, program of this conference includes 2 trainings, workshop, 11 conference sessions, invited and keynote talks, special demo section combined with the conference social event, plus a number of project and work group meetings and so on. The events are packed into a number of intensive modules and presentation sessions that are held on April 20-24, 2015.
