Abstract :
This article proposes a new control concept in buck converter generator highlights based permanent magnet synchronous based standalone system. This study the performance of the proposed buck converter controlled standalone and the grid connected field oriented controlled permanent magnet synchronous generator based wind energy conversion system. This analysis highlights the parameters which affect the efficiency of buck converter based WECS. Also, this research analyses the qualities of field oriented controlled permanent magnet synchronous generator based wind energy conversion system.
