Abstract :
Conventional Chua´s circuit uses a passive inductor and a nonlinear resistor. This paper presents an analysis and experiments of a inductorless Chua´s circuits with memristor. At first, we analyze the memristor which is implemented by operational amplifiers, current multipliers, resistors and capacitors. We also analyze the circuits with differential equations and simulate with Matlab program. Finally, the experiments and measurements of the inductorless Chua´s circuit with memristor are performed. The frequency of (phi) is in 0 ~ 10 Hz and the chaotic frequency is under 5 KHz.
