Abstract :
The operational research for a helicopter with a dipping sonar to search a submarine under complex sea environment is studied. The movement models of the helicopter and submarine, the acoustic propagation model, the radiated noise model of submarine, and the detection model of dipping sonar are established. The acoustic propagation model considers the influences of sound speed profile and sea bottom parameters. The influences of time delay of helicopter, mission time of helicopter, and figure of merit and dipping depth of dipping sonar on the effectiveness of anti-submarine under sea environment of existing thermocline are given and analyzed based on Monte Carlo simulation.
