Abstract :
1. Promote development of SATCOM technology for the air/ground safety of life ATM communications in continental and oceanic airspace 2. Support a global harmonization of such technology by supporting the development of a standards in support to new satellite datalink communication 3. Pursue a continuous technical service provision The programme is organized in a stepwise approach characterized by SATCOM technology development/deployment with increasing levels of performance.
