Abstract
→ With more than 17,000 aircraft relying on global in-flight connectivity from Inmarsat, we are the most widely used satellite operator in the industry → The current system comprises 11 geostationary L and Ka-Band satellites as well as the ground network → Inmarsat delivers operationally approved satellite datalink safety services for Oceanic operations → Al most all new wide body aircraft delivered by Airbus and Boeing are line-equipped with Inmarsat satcom equipment → Inmarsat systems are integral to cockpit operations and are also used for cabin connectivity.
