Abstract :
We present a miniaturized heterodyne optical channel monitor with 300 MHz frequency resolution, 0.5 GHz absolute frequency accuracy and tone detection ability. The compact optical package size of 19×27×7mm makes it suitable for integration into next-generation ROADMs.
