Abstract :
In this paper an unique design of photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) has been investigated which contains a predefined arrangements of circular and elliptical air holes. The structure has reported zero dispersion at first and second optical window. Moreover a high birefringence with low loss has also been reported. We also have studied the properties like normalized frequency for the designed fiber.
