Abstract
This paper aims at the theoretical analysis as well as on the design which has a wireless communication future that helps a blind and deaf person to walk on streets fearlessly. The device has an attached DTMF device with many sensors like Pulse, Vibration, Enlite and Raindrop, Ultrasonic Sensor. The whole system is designed on hollow steel rod with small sized buttons “sensors” to be utilized by user. The brief working can be explained as; whenever a person is holding stick has high pulse rate or low blood pressure rate or is in any unfortunate condition a message will be sent to the concerned person and the GPS attached to the disabled will be activated. Sensors used are RM0998, Plug and Play heart rate sensor having amplification and noise cancellation circuitry, Medtronic Diabetes or Enlite Sensors embedded to AT89S52 microcontroller coded on Micro Vision 4.
