Abstract :
Knut Wold True Random Number Generator (TRNG) is used ring oscillator (RO) as the entropy source. Bit sequences that obtained using the entropy source pass the statistical tests without any post processing. However, statistical tests are not enough results for randomness. In study; for three different sampling frequencies, statistical complexity measure and non-periodic degree of KnutWold TRNG was calculated. Also, NIST test results are given. With obtained results, the design shown to provide good statistical properties.
