Abstract
The “Joint Optimization of Radar Waveforms” and “Filtering Target Returns from Interfering Radar Reflections (Clutter)” methods are considered. The optimization is provided under additional range resolution power constraints and signal-to-noise ratio loss constraints. There are different constraints on duration and bandwidth for the optimized waveform and filter as well. Optimized waveforms and filters create sets with group-complementary properties, which are extensions of Golay complementary sequence concept, expanded over the mismatched case.
