  • Abstract
In order to see technological innovations entering and gaining prevalence in a market, viable business models are necessary for companies that are going to employ and deliver such innovations. The business model canvas is an approach to describe and visualize a planned business model idea and is especially suited for innovative enterprises and start-ups. In this paper, a business model canvas is presented that has been developed to examine possible ways of exploiting the potential of Future-Internet-based logistics control towers in the transportation and logistics domain.
