Abstract :
The paper suggests an novel architecture of the operational amplifier (OA) using the circuit method to increase the high-speed response. It is provided due to special circuit of nonlinear correction and the extension of the active operational range of the input differential stage (DS) of OA. At static current of the common circuit of the source of DS 10 μA the maximum slew rate of OA increases more than 20 times - up to the level of 10 V/μS (process technology XFab XB06).
