Abstract :
The temperature dependences of normalized pseudogap and excess current of cuprate high temperature superconductors YBa2Cu3O6,85 and Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr1,8Ca2,2Cu3O10 were obtained in the framework of modified model of local pairs with the Monte-Carlo method. It was shown at the temperature Tpair = 130K for YBa2Cu3O6,85 and Tpair = 180 K for Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr1,8Ca2,2Cu3O10 the maximum pseudogap width coincides with the excess current deviation from linear dependence.
