Abstract
Within the boundaries of Josephson dynamics equations was shown that in Josephson junctions with anharmonic current-phase relation with the increase in the anharmonicity parameter module voltage varies in a quasi-periodic law becomes chaotic behavior. Revealed that in these Josephson junctions transition from quasi-harmonic regime in chaotic regime occurs when the value of the anharmonicity parameter reaches U-0,5. It is shown that in this case the suitable extension of the frequency range for the onset of chaos is due to the increase in the value of the plasma frequency under the influence of anharmonicity of current-phase relation.
