Abstract
The paper presents design stages of compact transceiver for unmanned aircraft application. Developed device has small size and weight, that is allowed by using the modern element base. It is possible to change parameters of the communication system in real-time: the carrier frequency, modulation type, data rate, etc. The universality of communication system is achieved by applying different interfaces. Self-test functions has been implemented in the device: voltage measurements, current consumption, and temperature control.
