Abstract :
This paper proposes systemic approaches for solving the tasks in development of adaptive automatic, control and protection equipment for smart electric grids. We described the design and technical parameters of adaptive digital combined current and voltage transformer (ADCCVT), topology of ADCCVT-SCADA information grid and software model on information exchange between ADCCVT and smart electronic equipment at digital substation.
