Abstract :
Commissioning of the campus on the island Russkiy paired with a high degree of information related to the provision of high-quality ICT services. Mobile operators are installing base stations GSM / DCS / UMTS / LTE, which allows people to use a variety of communication services in remote areas of basic infrastructure, make phone calls and go online instantly. Designated areas to accommodate the transmission of radio facilities in the campus there, the antennas are placed on the roofs and facades of buildings, making it necessary to strictly monitor the electromagnetic pollution. In addition, regulations do not limit the placement of radio transmitting facilities both on residential and office buildings, and near them. Therefore there is an urgent need to monitor compliance with standards in the design and placement of communication facilities and conduct electromagnetic monitoring of the environment in the most crowded places. An example of such a place can serve as a campus of the Far Eastern Federal University on the island Russky city of Vladivostok.
