Abstract :
In this article the importance of timely diagnostics of the coagulation process is shown and the opportunity to use for this purpose the previously described method of photometry study of droplet samples is presented. The initial methodology of carrying out experiments and the analysis of a shape of the obtained photometric curves are given. It is defined that the most informative are the optical curves obtained at the receiver location in the optical focus, formed after the coagulation process. Researches on improvement of the methodology of carrying out experiments in order to improve the sensitivity and repeatability of our method are presented. On the basis of the experiments the order of reagents introduction on photometric cuvette was determined. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the photometric curves, depending on the method of reagents mixing is carried out.
