  • Abstract
The article discusses the creation of new device based on the platform SbRIO-9636, used for measuring the magnetic characteristics of electrical steel with alternating current up to magnetic saturation of the test area of the sample. The device using original transducer of magnetic flux in the electrical steel during its tests. This transducer is integrated with a magnetizing part and is overlaid that provides high-speed measurements of steel - up to 15 seconds. Developed software with LabVIEW allows you to set the magnetization reversal mode, remove the dependence of the magnetic induction of the magnetic field in the form of dynamic magnetization curve and define them the most informative parameters of the sample: the maximum differential permeability and maximum flux density. A distinctive feature of the device is the possibility of carrying out measurements on an arbitrary shape and size.
