Abstract :
Multilayer graphene/N-methylpyrrolidone (MG/NMP) hybrid material was obtained using N-methylpyrrolidone intercalation of multilayer graphene followed by annealing at different temperatures. Carbon atoms hybridization changed from sp3 to sp2 depending on the process temperature and the intercalation time. New peaks (~1138 cm-1 and ~1510 cm-1) were found in the Raman spectra/ They associated with a change in the hybridization nature and the hydrogen atoms addition. This affects the electronic structure of multilayer graphene, thus making it possible to form a gap. Chemically modified graphene can be used in semiconductor electronic applications.
