Abstract :
This article presents the results of the design, implementation and validation of a system for remote measurement of Radio Spectrum for stations fixed monitoring composed for the equipments measurement vector network analyzer ZVL6 spectrum analyzer mode and the NBM550 broadband field meter. The solution is an Information and communications technology - ICT service because it involves not only measuring equipment but also technologies such as Web Service to exchange data between the parts of the system, a web graphical user interface for doing the remote measurement, a cloud database and a web server to centralize the operation of the system, this service is visualized for what involves the cloud computing to analyze the information obtained from the measurements, and high-availability techniques for continuous operation. The design of the implemented system is based on recommendations of the International Telecommunication Union and was developed using LabVIEW tools and manager PostgreSQL database.
