Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of factors influencing on trust in e-government and intention to use e-government system. - In order to measure the research´s conceptual model´s variables, a 15-question questionnaire was designed and distributed among 161 staffs (Departments of Planning, Policy, Support, and Civil) in Governorship of Chaharmahal va bakhtiari province in Iran. In order to analyze data and investigate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, the structural equations model analysis and Smart PLS software was used. Results supported the proposed research model, where all proposed variables significantly predict intention to use e-government services. Also, a partial least squares estimate of the model indicated a significant prediction of trust in e-government by all proposed variables.
