  • Abstract
Highly textured HDDR Nd-Fe-B powders with uniform thin Nd-rich grain boundary layers are prepared in this article. Microstructure and crystal texture of the powders are analyzed using XRD and SEM. It is found that the sample sintered at 1020 shows a remanence of 13 kGs, and a maximum energy product of 39 MGOe. However, the coercivity is merely 10 kOe which is due to grain growth during sintering.
