Abstract :
This work deals with a detailed discussion of the L-R ladder network under two special cases of transverse electric (TE)-eddy current problems where analytical solutions are available. The first case treats the diameter of the ring to be infinite with a circular cross section, while the second case deals with an infinite long cylinder shell. Theoretical and numerical validations of the model were made, which clarified the advantages and limitations of the model.
