  • Abstract
The nonuniformity mechanical force can induce changes in the membrane structure of biological cell and lead to cell death. In this study, three magnetic nanoparticle (MNPs) labeled cells (3T3, SKHep-1, SiHa)were subjected to rotating magnetic field with different field strength(2-15 Hz), frequency and treatments were last for different periods . Quantitative measurement analyzed MNPs uptake of three cells before the exposure of rotating magnetic field . Pruissian blue staining visualizes the location of magnetic nanoparticles and MTT colorimetric assay was used to assessed cell viability . Results suggests the number of internalized MNPs show good correlation with rotating field induced mechanical stress; besides, frequency exceed a certain value show less effects the viability .
