Abstract
FeSiCr ternary alloy, as an electromagnetic wave absorbing material, have received much scientific and technological attention in Military and Civilian application domains. For the fundamental scientific research, compositional studies have been conducted for FeSiCr ternary alloy, e .g . Fe80-xSi20Crx (0≤x≤20), Fe75Si15Cr10, Fe80Si10Cr10, Fe80Si20Cr10, prepared by melt spinning. But studies about Si content in FeSiCr ternary alloy have not been conducted. In this work, the microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe85.4-xSi13+xCr1.6(x=0,2,4,6) flake-shaped powders and milling time of Fe81.4Si17Cr1.6 flake-shaped powders were investigated.
