Abstract
In recent years, high-frequency switch power supply is used widely in the traditional and emerging industries. The reason for this lies in their high-efficiency, small size, light weight, low loss, low harmonics and strong adaptability. This is the mainstream direction of research and application in domestic and foreign industry such as electroplate power supply and battery charger for electric vehicle and so on. With the increase of power level, the topology structure becomes a research topic. In this paper, a new high frequency transformer that is magnetic-combination transformer (MCT) is presented and analyzed theoretically. An AC-DC high frequency converter based on magnetic-combination transformer is given and feasible by simulation and experiment.
