Abstract
The nascent technological advancement offered a highly complex and competitive environment where service providers are experimenting new options of seamless service in minimum time with the motif of spearheading competitiveness. As the lifestyle of the generation-z citizens are accelerating at jet speed, the expectations of the human beings are to accomplish every job in no time with the help of enhanced Technologies. The more and more technologies are raising, the human wishes are expanding its horizon of expectations by setting up new exceptional targets. One of the major successful technologies that are enabled to provide its best is Wireless Technology. Since then, a lot of wireless technologies have been emerged out. This paper deals with the Zig-Bee wireless technology that is based on an IEEE 802.15 standards. It is developed by Zig-Bee Alliance which is the amalgamation of Ember, Honeywell, Invensys, Mitsubishi, Motorola, Philips, and Samsung etc. Zig-Bee networks provide low cost networks and facilitate low power utilization with low data rate. In this paper, the performance of the network is evaluated with the help of certain parameters.
