Abstract :
This work describes a computational methodology for the modelling and analysis of association football and its automatic interpretation. We describe several methods required to populate the modules of our purposed mathematical model, and provide empirical results of spatial segmentation on SD and HD videos in a multi-threaded, data-parallel computing environment.
