Abstract :
From time to time, we have engineers and scientists approach our editorial board asking to become Associate Editors for our magazine. This is a huge compliment for us and we are very flattered! Because of this, I wanted to reach out to anyone who may be interested and let them know the most appropriate steps for achieving this prestigious status. Both academia and industry personnel are capable ?? and can be suited for this position ?? but each need experience with publishing of some form. The first criteria we recommend is to have experience writing and reviewing for technical journals or magazines. We are always interested in knowledgeable and motivated Reviewers for our magazine. To become a Reviewer, simply contact our administrative staff, Bill Walsh (wpwalsh7@gmail.com) or Susanne Walsh (sjwalsh4@gmail.com) and we will add you to our Reviewer database. Timely and thorough reviews are critical to the editorial process and as a result are tracked and always valued. Once you have experience with writing and/or reviewing, you can apply to be an Associate Editor to our executive editorial staff including myself, Maria Greco, and Dale Blair by providing information on your published papers and reviewing experience. I highly encourage anyone interested to please reach out and contact us. We are always interested in newly dedicated members to our volunteer staff.
