Abstract :
Smart Grid is both a concept and a way to mitigate infrastructural Deficiencies and counteract the effects of the growing demand for electrical energy. One of the ways ensuring an increase in power grid´s management efficiency is utilization of the latest communication solutions that use of IT technologies. These technologies will help customers and prosumers in the future, in a more efficient management of electricity and the use compatible devices with smart grid technology with the ability to control these devices from a public network (often wireless), users of these devices can meet the same threats as in a typical IT network.
