Abstract :
The supercritical once-through boiler is a complex system with the characteristics of strong coupling, non-linearity and multiple parameters. Quick and accurate acquisition of its water-coal ratio is the guarantee of the boiler´s safe, economic and stable operation. The turbine heat rate calculation method based on unit operation data was introduced in this paper. Then by the matter and energy conservation, the water-coal ratio calculation model was derived from the relation between water-coal ratio and heat rate. Finally, taking a certain 600MW coal-fired unit as example, the water-coal ratio under rated conditions were calculated by the put forward model. The result is indicated that the model is efficiency and reasonable from theoretical analysis and practical application. The obtained water-coal ratio character is of great significance for supercritical once-through boiler control improvement.
