Abstract :
The direct drive NC table using ring permanent magnet torque motor is easily affected by its own saturation and the effect of the load disturbance. In the view of the characteristic, we design an adaptive fault-tolerant feedback controller to improve the ability of disturbance tolerance and the H performance of the system we designed under the situation that the actuator has disturbances and saturation. The article compares the adaptive H control algorithm with the fixed-gain control based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. The results of simulation show that the adaptive H control algorithm is better.
