Abstract :
In order to enhance the automatic level of automotive production control and the safety of production process, it´s of great significance to apply the advanced automation technology and communication technology into the production of automotive interior ceiling system as well as its management. The automotive interior ceiling production system mentioned in this paper has adopted the technology of PLC consisting of a master station and a slave station. Through MPI and then HMI, the master station has been connected with the slave station, and then, the system builds its connection with the hardware devices with PROFIBUS-DP, thus forming the production system on the basis of PLC.
