Abstract
In order to collect head and end users in a transformer area, for the first time this paper gives two collection algorithms respectively based on the the shortest overlapping path and the longest independent path methods. The algorithms are applied to one experimental area and two actual areas site successfully. The operation processes are detailed. It is proved by simulation that the two algorithms can search head and end users data precisely. Furthermore, important information is obtained for power line carrier meter reading and improving the quality of area power supply by these two algorithms.
