Abstract :
In this paper, a framework of quasi-passivity theory for switched systems using multiple storage functions and multiple supply rates is set up. Each subsystem of a switched system is associated with a storage function and a supply rate, which describe the energy stored in the subsystem and energy coming from outside the subsystem, respectively, when the subsystem is active. The sufficient conditions for ensuring ultimate boundedness of trajectories of quasi-passive switched systems are obtained by output feedback. Moreover, the quasi-passivity is preserved under interconnection.
