Abstract :
The influence of organizational culture (OC) is investigated with external indicators and Fuzzy AHP analysis method in the study. OC is a vague conception described with lingual expressions while its corresponding influence is also difficult to be assessed. External indicators to OC influence are defined firstly with ascertaining the weights of each of them in Fuzzy set and Delphi method. Based on the indicators, a questionnaire is designed with Likert scales, and a survey of corresponding influences of OC is performed in Guiyang Tobacco Company. The results show our proposed method is an effective way for corporations and other research institutes to deploy empirical research on OC influence.
