Abstract

Scientific research achievements are significant indication of the quality on graduate students´ education. Taking some college´s telecom major graduate students´ scientific research achievements and all kinds of data during the entrance and study as a sample data, building a system model, giving a value of each variable by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and using Chi-square analysis and SPSS statistical analysis, the correlation between all factors and graduate students´ achievements in scientific research which is often thought as an important suggestions on how to optimize the Mentor-Graduate two-way selection mechanism.
