Abstract :
Because the torque ripple of the of permanent magnet brushless DC motor in operation has impact on achieving accurate position and performance of high speed control, a composite control method that PI control is combined with prediction of commutation current is proposed in this paper to inhibit the commutation torque ripple. Simulation results show that the composite control method is suitable for any speed range of permanent magnet brushless DC motor and commutation torque ripple can be inhibited effectively, therefore the stability and anti-interference ability of system will be improved greatly.
