Abstract
The evaluation index system of innovative enterprises competitiveness is firstly constructed in this paper. Then an evaluation model of innovative enterprise competitiveness is built by using the entropy weight coefficient method and gray system evaluation method. And innovative enterprise competitiveness of Shandong Province is comprehensively evaluated at last. The result shows strategy innovation and brand innovation are significant and close to ideal value. Business model innovation is relatively backward.
