Abstract :
With the precondition of secondary market sales channels, the problem of supply chain coordination is presented for agriculture collaborators and supermarkets based on mode of connecting agriculture with supermarket. The agricultural output is allowed to be uncertainty. Based on Stackelberg game theory, the expected profit functions are established under centralized and decentralized decisions and the optimal planned production quantity and optimal order quantity are proposed. A revenue-sharing contract is designed to coordinate the supply chain and the satisfied conditions are given for the relevant parameters of the contract.
