Abstract :
This paper is concerned with a T-S fuzzy modeling method based on working condition template, aims to solve the difficulties in building the accurate models by traditional methods for combined grinding system which has nonlinearity, multivariable and large time delay. Firstly, for more accurate describing the combined grinding system, the input and output variables of pre-grinding roller press process and final grinding ball mill process are chosen by production process analysis. Secondly, the standard template of working condition with operation suggestions for each process is established. Then we partition the input space of T-S fuzzy model into some local regions by working condition template and determine the premise structure and parameters. Finally, a least square algorithm is provided to determine the consequent part of each rule for T-S fuzzy model. Using the actual sample data to simulate the models, the modeling results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is available and the models can describe combined grinding system production process accurately.
