Abstract :
Focusing on the problem that collected modulating signals and video signals couldn´t match well which occurs in the testing procedure of intelligent vehicles, we put forward a new method to achieve signal synchronization based on the optimal matching of gyroscope signals and video information. We use the metrical information of gyroscope produced during the operation of intelligent vehicles as an accurate observation of signal time compared with the pseudo-trajectory processing information of video which happened in the same time quantum to do the optimal matching and achieve the accurate synchronization of video and modulated signals in intelligent vehicles. Firstly, using video signals to do the location and trajectory analysis of intelligent vehicles. Secondly, using Kalman filtering to deal with the track and taking forecast error as the testing basis of matching event. Lastly, doing optimal matching between the time point and gyro signal when the event happens and achieving the accurate synchronization of signal. The experimental result shows that this method is easy to carry out and won´t cost too much. It doesn´t require strict debugging system but works with high accuracy. It is of high value in the researching, tuning and competing of intelligent vehicles.
